DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

Shipments are delivered by cooperating recognized courier companies.

  • Deliveries are made during business days, except Saturdays Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery days are Monday – Friday and hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

We are committed to make every effort for the fastest delivery of your order. In addition we would like to inform you that in the case of factors such as strikes, bad weather, delays of transport companies, reasons of force majeure, etc. a dealay in the delivery of the order may occur.

 

 Home Shipping:

Shipping costs are FREE, all over Greece.

All orders take 1 - 7 business days to be delivered in Greece.

Particularly:

For deliveries within Attica and large urban centers it takes 1-2 days, while for remote areas (eg islands, remote villages) it takes 3-7 days depending on the area and the courier company in your area.

 

 Shipping Abroad:

Shipping costs are FREE for purchases over 120 €, for foreign countries.

All orders take 5 - 15 business days to be delivered abroad.

Particularly:

Deliveries and delivery times in foreign countries mainly concern deliveries made within major cities and made at the recipient's address. In case of deliveries to out-of-towns or remote areas / destinations abroad, and in cases where there is no exact address, the time and manner of delivery of these shipments may be modified according to the delivery criteria of courier companies or their representatives in each country.

 

RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products of your order, within 14 calendar days from the day of the possession of your order.

In this case you should send an informative email to sales@7pm.gr in which you will clearly state to us that you wish to withdraw. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To be eligible for a refund your returned item must be unused, in excellent condition and must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or sales receipt is also a necessary.

If the above does not apply you will not be able to withdraw and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If you are not approved, then the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our company is not responsible for any damage to the products upon their return and is the sole responsibility of you.

Returns of defective products

 We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.  In this case you must contact us immediately, providing the product details and the damage sustained and we will indicate what you need to do.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by e-mail if the product may be refunded or replaced (as appropriate).

The refund or replacement of the product will take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 10 working days from the date on which we send you an email confirming the refund or replacement of the product.

 The amounts paid for the products returned due to any damage or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including the delivery costs. The refund will be paid to your credit card or original method of payment.

 If you are not approved, then the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
